I got a new scanner to play with, a Canon CanoScan 4400F. It scans the usual stuff, but this sub $100 model can do hi-res 35mm film scans. Cool. It's not in the league of those $1000+ Nikon scanners, but for the $, it does the job well.

I LOVE the color whirl in the left of the second pic.

That color whirl's actually a defect in the film itself. If I had the roll developed shortly after the time I took the shots, that whirl wouldn't be in the shot.

Still, I'm glad you love it. :)

I had a feeling it was either that, or just the age of the film. It's really cool, tho!
