Debateing points:

a) Which is more realistic? The O.C. or Futurama.

b) Does the fact that there are specialised computer cleaning products (lint free tissues?) mean we are living in a decendant society to which the rot is already well set?

I have spent all morning wiping computer screens.

Lint-free tissues can also do double duty cleaning your iPod... now, iPod cleaning products *are* evidence of decadence. They have those scratch-removal kits that cost $30 or more and are less effective than good ol' brass polish (though the latter .. err.. smalls a bit).

Clearly my laptop supplier, HP, hasn't heard of this whole decadence thing being a la mode, though. They can't provide me with a keyboard cover, and with my typing habits, the keys are now kind of glistening and slippery :)

Today i was cleaning keyboards (for a change!) and all I can say is UGGG. How many eyelashes??

Futurama is far more realistic than the O.C.

My keyboard gets freaking FILTHY. Seriously, it's like I sit in front of it eating freaking baguettes all day long. I use those little cans of compressed air to get all the schmittle out from in betwixt the keys.
