What would you do if you realized that someone who you know is a decent person is probably going to get their trust or heart broken because this person they're talking to is NOT who they say they are in EVERY aspect except for the little things about her personality but even if you were to attempt to tell them, you know they wouldn't believe you

i would warn my friend if i was in your position
however she may not believe you at the time.
