I've beaten him a couple times, once with a flawless victory. you just can't use any fancy tricks on him, you just have to combo hit his ass, run away/block, then hit him again.

Alright.. I used to be able to beat him when the game first came out and I knew all the combos, etc. Now I've rediscored the game and I can't win :(
