as punk kids who love pretty music, we definitely haven't cashed in on the whole "punk kids playing pretty music" craze that a silver mt. zion is doing (not to say they aren't amazing). so we should definitely get this project under way when you get back.

and have an awesome trip, see some bands, eat some food, drink some beer, and be a tourist.

california is like a dream. i feel like i felt when i first got to france and the counties around here remind me very much of france. it's beautiful. i'll have so much to tell. guili drove us around all day yesterday, cruising back roads up mountain sides blanketed in vegeation and redwoods! escaping the FOG!, and surprised me by making our destination the beach, so i swam in the icy pacific and boogy boarded until we couldn't feel our hands or feet. shot a bunch of film so i'm super stoked. this place is amazing. then we hung out at her house and cruised in her hott 73 cougar with the top down screamin' out money ain't a thang. (but it is really and it doesn't seem difficult to be on a budget here, so far...)
i'll keep you posted. today we're going to the haight and golden gate park. oh man, golden gate is beautiful at night in the fog. the FOG!!!!
