Lynette is done with figuring out the iPod; as a matter of fact, she has it all fixed up and playing music that somebody else downloaded to it who-knows-when. She doesn't exactly approve of the music, as it's mostly punk rock with the occasional anomalous classical piece mixed in, but the point is that she was set a task and she completed it, and

"Well. Here you are. With sandwiches." He smiles a little.

[abitofboth]

"Huh. Well. Thank you regardless." He takes it out of his ears.

"Yes, ser."

She pauses, then, looking at him curiously, as if on the verge of a question.

[abitofboth]

"Yes, Lynette? What is it?" He pockets the device.

[i_flynomore]

"Will you help me cut my hair?"

[abitofboth]

He blinks, then laughs a bit. "Yes, certainly, though it's not something I've much experience with." As his lank curtain of hair might attest.

[i_flynomore]

"I need it short. We had an electric razor on the Maid."

[abitofboth]

"Electric? What does that do to it?"

[i_flynomore]

"Cuts it close, ser," a little bemused. There are such things as non-electric razors?

[abitofboth]

"Well, all I've got is a plain razor and a scissors."

[i_flynomore]

"I think that will work, ser, if you don't mind. It's getting in my way."

[abitofboth]

"Very well, come back to the room with me." As they walk, he ask, "Have you been working on anything else, other than the music device?"

[i_flynomore]

"Not really, ser," scratching her ear uncomfortably. She feels vaguely guilty about this.

[abitofboth]

"Well, I'm sorry I tied you up so thoroughly."

[i_flynomore]

"You didn't, ser."

[abitofboth]

"Alright, fine. I trust you to fill your time just enough."
