I made pumpkin bread. It's pretty good too. You wish you had some. Except if you're chaosbrat, because he doesn't like pumpkin bread. But everyone else, that statement applies to you.

I should have put more brown sugar in it though. Next time.

How much pumpkin puree to do you use? I want to substitute pumpkin in the banana bread I make but am unsure of how much pumpkin equals roughly 3 large bananas?

Banana bread is superior. Especially my mom's. Which you'll experience at Thanksgiving.

I believe it about your mom's bread being superior. But I don't know about banana being superior to pumpkin. Pumpkin bread has cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and cloves! It's awesome.

You should try banana challah french toast with honey. It's pretty fantastic.

(though that could be the powdered sugar talking)
