chicken with winter veggies

I was inspired by leavesoflorien and her bento boxes to start taking photos of the foods I've been cooking. So here's my food for the next few days. It's nothing too special flavor-wise, but the chicken itself came out really moist. Next time I'll add more cumin.

Is that fresh parsley on top? Very pretty! It adds so much in terms of color.

Yup. Now I just need to figure out what else to do with the rest of it. I'll probably have parsley in a lot of dishes for the next two weeks or so.

That's the trouble with buying fresh. It's expensive and it goes bad quickly, so you have to use it up!

On the other hand, it tastes soooo much better!
