kinda but also because of the policies of the former govt, this new govt is still scratching their heads on what to do next. Pero one advice ha, it's not true that you can't afford property, it's a matter of timing, information and the desire to do something productive. I'll give you a call sometime soon to teach you guys a trick or too about it ;) basta grabe ka productive!
