Ummm ... In all truth considering how little I've been eating recently that wasn't really an issue. Although I thought it was hilarious in M&S as they had a ready meal for one which had 98% of the average daily allowance of saturated fat. I wonder how many points that would have been! ;)

Eeep. Late reply! I'll go to the later session but I'm in for a telling off. I think (I never thought I'd say this) I've lost too much weight. For a week's worth at least. Still never mind.
