So there's been a stray cat living by my house for more than two years, almost three. I was finally able to get him to come up to me last night, he let me pet him and feed him and everything. This morning I called two different SPCA shelters, 2nd Chance, and the 10 Lives Club. The SPCA tells me that they are full and will euthanize him. 2nd Change
