That mix of eerie and hilarious and teenage angst. Freaking good.

Sex, drugs and rock 'n roll -- go on or stay back? You did a great job compacting these into (for parents) the teenage car ride from hell. The writing was wonderful, rushing along like the car, and the dialog sounded authentic. I would love to see a tombstone with “He had it coming” coming on it. I would wonder what the story behind it would be.

My tombstone will read "It Could Have Gone Better."

Thanks!

Haha..This was a amazing mix and it sure makes the reader high with hopes of a goodread. Dialogues indeed is your strong point and as much as it might sound a repeat of what I have already said, I really enjoyed them here :D The faceless part had me chuckling aloud.

This was a fun read! I'd never want to go back to those years! Smile.

Those years were the worst. Although, everything was so much more exciting back then.

A common enough scene that you made unique and individualized! A really fun read. I like your Max quite a lot. This had me lol-ing - I would become addicted and find myself sitting in the bottle factory like Spencer, reading impenetrable literature. Probably a better deterrent than the Just Say No program in which we try to convince youngsters of all kinds of head-falling-off scenarios.

"Kids, if you do drugs, you just might end up a douchebag. Don't be a douchebag."
