I was one of the four people in my division selected to go to Black Hat and DefCon in Vegas this year. So unless something really unexpected comes up, I guess I know what I'll be doing this summer. So much for Otakon, alas. As I wrote before, if I'd mostly be going to Otakon to see friends, and nothing more. I'll miss that aspect of it, but ( Read more... )

Thanks! Though it was less than I was hoping for...then again, they did tell me it was one of the higher ones this round, which right now I can actually believe...

I'd have quit by now though if I wasn't actually excited about the work I'm starting on.
