HEY, not HMD-related at all, just. Question. XD

I know Inmates aren't supposed to be able to steal anything from the infirmary without hella effort, but what about a blank syringe? Brian isn't going to use it for anything nefarious, he just needs it to send a message.

Well at the moment it'd really be next to impossible. He'd probably need to strike a deal with one of the infirmary inmates to get it (which is also a little unlikely but more plausible since they have opportunity and time, ect) or get it from one of the wardens, which... I doubt any would without being threatened/something along those lines which would just get security involved and all.

If we have something like the aftermath of the mirror plot again I can see things being crazy enough that he could grab one. If he was around for the aftermath of that feel free to say he managed to get one. Otherwise, if it's something you need soonish I am most certainly willing to try and work something out :> From what I remember Brian's pretty damn intelligent so I'm sure we can come up with some scheme that ends up with him getting one.

Would there be any way for him to get his hands on a used one, then, like in the secure disposal? He could sanitize it himself afterward, probably.

Otherwise, he'd give himself an injury so he could mosey down and case out the place, conclude it'd be difficult, and make vague sneaky overtures on the network about buying something unrelated to see what the black market's like. Depending on who responds and how that goes, I'd have to get back to you.

I'm extremely up to this being a Thing. It's going to be his message to Dexter as a peace offering, so no effort is too great in his opinion, he just wants it kept private and him unimplicated. xD

I assume they keep anything potentially dangerous under tight wraps. McCoy for one treats everything that could be used as a weapon by an inmate very seriously, and syringes would definitely be on that list ( ... )

Hiya. Irene nabbed a translator, hypnospray, and some 23rd century currency from McCoy's room. :D

Thanks!
