[Jim jumps a little bit, cursing because the knock and the resulting flinch made him loose the game he was playing on his PADD and he was getting really close to beating his last high score. Frowning slightly, he gets up from his seat and goes to answer the door, lifting an eyebrow when he sees who it is.]
"Hold up your hands. If I see one needle, I'm pulling my phaser on you."
Since when do you lock your door? [He glares, well, it's more sluggish than a normal glare but god damn it it's there, holding ups his hands in a mocking sort of way. He moves, trying to push past Jim and into the room.]
"Since when do you actually do what I say without calling me an idiot?"
[Jim moves to let his friend in, glancing up and down the hall out of instinct before he closes the door behind them. He leans in towards Bones and sniffs, just to be sure.]
"You don't smell drunk. Did you stuck yourself with a needle?"
[Bones couldn't help a snort of laughter at that.] No, not me. [He continued walking, flopping on Jim's bed without another word, blinking up at the ceiling before turning his head to Jim.] Did you sniff me?
