For manga recs, I really like Tramps Like Us, it's an interesting josei manga with a strong female character that adopts this guy as her pet...It's funny and she's not disgustingly cute. I think it's known as Kimi Wa Pet (You're My Pet)...Anyway, I dig it and, if you're looking for an off-the-wall romance, this one's good!
