After a long hiatus (also known as a dry spell), I put up a new story at FF.net. It's a companion piece to "A Few Thoughts on Turning Thirty" that tells how Hermione saved Snape's life and where it went from there. I've tried to work on "Looking for Magic", but that's the one that really brings it all back. So, I'm working on other things to get back into the swing of it.

I am so glad that you are getting back some of that joy that writing brought to you. Losing someone you love is hard and there is no set time for getting past things. I am just excited that perhaps your long dry spell is past for your sake and well a little of mine, because I am a fan of your writing.

I've tried to get back to "Looking for Magic", but that kept bringing it back since that's what I was working on when we realized that Betty was dying. So, I'm working on some other things, getting my mojo back. A bit at a time.
