Oh, dear. This is such a hard thing. I recently lost my mother, and it was the hardest thing I've ever been through. Her hospice is taking good care of her, then? It sounds like they are. I will be thinking about you this week. Please keep us updated, as you have been.

From your words over these months, I've come to understand that Betty is a strong and valiant fighter, she's had a significant life and has accomplished much. She deserves to rest and feel well, whatever that implies.

I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. But yeah, since she won't be aware of you there, I think you're right about waiting till the funeral. I know everyone says it, but at least she won't be suffering anymore.
