Thank you! This is really helpful! I think I'm a bit scared of yellow/green icons, and I don't use selective colour and colour balance not NEARLY enough, so this tut was great! ♥

It can be a hard color to get right, especially the greener side because it can go wrong rather quickly. But when it looks right it looks very nice! The technique I used here is really good for creating an atmospheric yellow/green color, which really looks nice.

Yes, "atmospheric" is the perfect word to describe it! :D Those gaussian blur/soft light layers look fantastic on this icon. The crop with the background really seems to help create an overall feel with the icon, too. :) Can't wait to try out more greeny/yellow icons!
