I just got home from my appointment with the bone specialisit, and they gave me a new cast! It's lighter, smaller, neater and allows me to walk (slowly) without the aid of crutches! I'll have to keep it on for 2 months, and they will take another x-ray to check whether the fractured bone has recovered and "re-attached" itself. If all is
