Inspired from ShounenT's cover of "Laugh Away" I looked up the original but it was hard to find on YT...

You spelled "dying" right. xD
The only difference that I know of is that "bleaching" is making it lighter/blonde and "dying" is making your hair darker/another color. But I could be wrong since I barely know anything about hair dying. xD
