ok, so, when i read this the first time, i fell in love with that line in the beginning, about him leaning against the stacks (STACKS!!!!!....i dont know if you remember that from "The Prince & Me"....hehe), with his shirt untucked, and his sleeves rolled up. cuz i love that line.
but Oh. Em. Gee. i think i have a new one.
“This is what you wanted, isn’t it?” he asked finally, voice hoarse from shouting spells. “We’re done. There is nothing else we can do.”
that is absolutely beautiful. i dont know if i'm reading too much into it, but i totally see it as like, Ron letting him go. telling draco, that they've done all they were supposed to for draco and harry, and they can go live their life now.
i dont know if you meant for it to be like that. w/e. i still love that quote.
