It could be said that states of relative calm often make me full of worry. Almost like I left the oven open and have suddenly realized that I didn't bother to close the door either and may have put a candle nearby. I'm not sure that equates to making a lick of sense but hopefully pushes towards an explanation of why *I don't really dig this, yo ( Read more... )

I know! Often I suspect that is why so many people sabotage their own success. Myself included at certain points in my life. :)

You know for me the best thing seems to be rest. But not too much rest. I have to get the amount of time laying down just right. Also, work related stress. I'll be fine for awhile but it builds up over time and then spills over into a lot of soreness. Stretching and getting regular exercise will help that to abate pretty fast. It will just suck for awhile.

I realized long ago that if I started going to a massage therapist I'd never be able to stop. Which sounds awesome except I do not have the cash flow for it. :) I do what I can! I started using a yoga ball at home too. That feels great quite honestly.
