-Students are back to school tomorrow, so I've been preping all week and have been v. busy. Open House was Thursday and I got to meet pretty much all my new students and their families. They were all very nice and I'm now totally psyched about the new school year

Congrats on the wins! I was at AFO for a while on Saturday dressed up as Princess Saturn. I did see Vanessa and Mark and the kids, but did not even know you were there.

I'm glad to hear the news about your dad's cancer. I hope the treatment process (decisions, procedures, etc) goes as smoothly and successfully as possible.

I think the hardest part to keeping things in perspective is enjoying each moment/hour/day when you have in mind how fleeting they are.
