Staying with Alistair meant a few adjustments, mostly getting used to the fact that no matter how many times she asked him to share the bed as it was just prudent for them to both be comfortable he'd demurred and shared the floor with Duncan. Just as well, so long as he was nearby and she didn't wake up absolutely alone. Today, however, she found herself with an excess of energy and anger and no particular outlet.
It helped that it was still early and she'd just woken up and it seemed like Alistair was still in bed too, as it was.
