I especially loved how Betty kind of "subtly" flirted when she was leaning against the table and asking her if she needed any help. ;) Actually, I just adored that whole scene.

Well, Teresa pretty much just puts it out there: "I'm a big ol' homo" (what with the "sticking out like a sore thumb" line) and then Betty just... you see the realisation appear on her face, like "You're like me! I'm not alone." And then the scene is also about confiding, about sharing a queer identity in a time where you had to tiptoe around each other and give signals like this and, and -- sorry, I just really like the scene. Especially Betty's face when she's given the 'green homo light', which makes me all <3 (I really like Teresa Soldier Girl too.)
