        Boy, I sure let this LJ account idle for over a month.  Most of my documented experience exists in hard copy journals for Anime Expo.  There was a big event in Nokia Theater with the Miku Hatsune concert sponsored by Toyota.  I am tickled by the Toyota car ads that have lots of Miku but few cars.  Wish I got tickets before they sold out.   ( Read more... )

       On a recent trip to Taget, I saw some game on the PC shelf that got my attention.  They were kind of "teh kiddie" game compared to something like survival horror titles like "Silent Hill" or "Fatal Frame".  But they still reminded me of old horror games from long ago like "7th Guest".

      Shadowrun 4e has a 20 year Anniversary Core book out.  It has new internal content as well as some material from previous editions.  The Street Samurai template is different from the regular core book, and that gets my attention.

      Today is May 1st.  FREE COMIC BOOK DAY!   Get some!   The local one had free assorted color corps rings from "Green Lantern" comics to give out as well.  Every color was offered except for yellows or reds.  I'm thinking about putting on some zombie makeup, a black ring, and a Black Lantern t-shirt to go as a Black Lantern version of myself ( Read more... )
