One of the many Gundam-baka things I was doing T.T such as analysing Setsuna's name and getting fired up about the movie, generating random stupid crack with fellow Gundam baka etc etc

I grew up watching mecha series with two brothers, so it's kinda hard to avoid I guess? XDD

And thanks! I was stuck in bed for a good two days just sleeping and sleeping and waking only to eat and take medicine. It was horrible @.@;

Hahaha yeah. I grew up reading/watching Shonen Jump series such as Dragon Ball, Saint Seiya, Slam Dunk, Yuyu Hakusho etc etc XDD Even now I'm a huge JUMP fan :D ( Thankfully I'd got some of my love for shoujou manga from my Mum :P )

I think Gundam 00 should be a good Gundam series to get started on. It's not too talk-heavy unlike some of the older series and it's definitely pretty enough to watch for the characters X3 ( I won't recommend Gundam Seed unless you're a fan of angst XD; )
