the lottery doesn't only start during BI final though, it has started since BLUE IMPACT started. It just happens that they're releasing a new single so it's the perfect timing for LDH to fork more money XD
I'd really love to try my luck on this, but I just can't imagine the queue (I remember my friend was queuing for almost 3 hours for this kind of stuff during EXILE PRIDE concert, and she only had the A3 posters). Besides, I don't buy Sandaime's singles. But the thing is I kinda want to buy it as my bday gift from myself since it's released a day before my bday lol. I guess I'll just see what happens later there XD

That's a good idea, bringing a book/novel since I will be there alone T))T. If I get there early enough I might join the queue because I'm gonna meet some of my Japanese friends there for lunch
