I pulled my back last night, just picking up something rather light. Must have just done it totally wrong, I guess... but lots of pain. Sitting is horrible, which of course is what I have to do all day.

Well, not a lot going on. Applied for a new position at the Dept. of Education... its a supervisorial/project manager sort of gig, in their IT department. Likely, I won't even get called in for an interview, but I'll still keep my fingers crossed. It would be a good step up in both career and pay, and neither are bad at all ( Read more... )

My office is freezing this morning. That is all... the old one was always nice and warm. Ugh!

Was feeling quite stuffed up last night, and the only thing we really had was nyquil, so I took a dose of that. Of course, this morning, I feel so run down from its after affects, its all I can do to keep my eyes open and try to focus upon the screen. Yup. Another year older today. Family and I are planning on going out on Sunday, when my wife and daughter will have returned from her visit with her parents. Sad part is, I haven't even yet asked for anything for my birthday. ;)
