I lean toward this, too, for archiving purposes.

And by archiving I mean looking it up again for some relevant future plot or something and going "SO MANY ARTIFACTS"

I would say two. [plot: the artifacts] so it continues with any artifacts if someone hits the tag, and then a second one for [plot: the bracelet]. Some of the other artifacts have their own secondary tags.
