NPC List! Finally!
Here's a list of MOST of the NPCs on campus. I'll probably alphabetize them and clean this list up eventually but since the Slam Book is out, I wanted to get this out there.
George McHugh - Owner of McHugh Antiques, a crotchedy old man with a wandering eye and a withered hand. When he moves, you can hear his old bones creaking.
Boris - No one knows Boris's last name. He's six foot three, built like a line backer and loves books. He's the guy responsible for cleaning up after you messy researchers. He has a room at the dorms but he's almost always seen in the stacks or wiping up the tables in the coffee shop.
Albert Wilmarth - Professor of Literature. He's eccentric, in his mid forties, and likes patching the elbows of his coat with suede. He is constantly talking about secrets, however, but he's probably just trying to look cool.
Grace Barlow - Wife of Patrick Barlow, former owner of Barlow's Butchery. She is round faced but since the death of her child during the tentacle attack in June '12, she hasn't smiled.
Patrick Barlow - Husband of Grace Barlow and former owner of Barlow's Butchery. He is a very thin man with no upper body strength. Makes you wonder who did the butchering.
Private Sarah Simpson - She'd been with the unit of the national guard that came to Arkham when the trouble started. She's wide eyed and eager but not clever. Most things go over her head.
Private Pito Angelus - He's not just Peurto Rican, he's a very proud Peurtro Rican and uses it to make uncomfortable jokes about himself and his culture. He was with the national guard unit that came to Arhkam when the trouble started.
Sargeant Larry "Patchy" Pachinski - plucky, smart and attractive, Larry smiles too much and wears his heart on his sleeve. He was with the original unit of the national guard.
Colonel James Connors - A genuinely good guy. He jokes around a lot but he never does it meanly. He talks about his wife and kids to anyone that will listen. He was with the national guard unit that came to Arkham when the mess started.
Carla Connors - no relation to the colonel. She was the owner of Carlas Collectibles, a gift shop catering to tourists of the college town.
Marsha Prentice - Owns Prentice Books with her partner Sam. She looks like she belongs in a Betty Paige tribute calender or should be a Suicide Girl.
Sam Prentice - Marsha's partner and owner of Prentice Books. She handles the business end of things. She's quiet, overly butch, and makes dick jokes. A lot. She's obviously a fifteen year old boy in a grown woman's body.
Denise Wallace - She waitressed for the Black Dahlia. She's quiet and keeps to herself but has a sweet tooth and is always looking to trade for candy.
Jacob Laftey - Typical farm boy, he use to work for campus security.
Lily Higgins - Librarian. She's always in the library, usually reshelving books or looking hot. She wears tight clothes that reveal too much and bending over reveals the rest. She's very stand offish.
Amy Marshall - Research assistant at the university, she worked with the history department. She's mousy but friendly and reads in her spare time.
Paul Baskerton - He use to work in the hardware store and has volunteered to work on the security team now. What's left of it.
Reggie Aster - Maintenance guy. He mostly unclogs toilets and helps out with repairs. He's nearly sixty though so he's slow and forgetful.
Claudia Mikawa - Asian-american former student, one of the few remaining of the student body, she's into body modification and helps out with housekeeping. She says it's zen to iron sheets.
Ken Basker - Always wanted to be a rockstar and plays his music too loudly. He's a former security guard for the Bank of Arkham and now helps out security on campus.
