The last several weeks have not been at all conducive to writing the sort of darkly whimsical things that I like to write. Honestly, the whole season was kind of bad timing...I mean, I had to use a bye for week 1. Not a great start

Sorry you've been struggling. I hope things are better when Second Chance happens. I hope I can be around a bit more & be more supportive then too. I always enjoy your work but forcing past something that's making you miserable right is never a good thing, better to do the self-care, and the sacrifice rather than a bye is a nice gesture :)

Thanks - alas, it was a hollow gesture, since there were supposed to be three eliminations and four of us sacrificed, but it's the thought that counts, right? = )
