I'd no idea that "The Spy Who Loved Me" was actually set in New York. Of course, I've not read any of the books.

I did think about you on Sunday when I came across a 60s spy film on television that I'd not even heard of before. "The Liquidator" starring Rob Taylor, Trevor Howard, and Jill St. John.

It wasn't the best of movies, but it wasn't terrible. It was a comedy, but not really a spoof like the Flint movies. Since I'd not heard of it, I did do a little searching. Apparently, it's never been available for purchase in the US and only appears now and then on Turner Classic Movies (which was where I saw it).
