Thoughts in Space
He sighed as he looked upon the darkside of the Earth. Yes, he had been many things in his long life: President Elect of the High Council of Timelords, keeper of the Legacy of Rassilon, defender of the Laws of Time, and Protector of Gallifrey. He used to think he was also a Protector of Earth.
But now, as he contemplated the six billion visages of The Master that seemed to stare back at him from Earth - all those humans whose future was uncertain - The Doctor wondered if He was the great menace and the Earth’s destroyer.
