This is one of my very favorite episodes and it picks up exactly where Season 1 ended...with the Winchesters battered and bloody inside the Impala (also battered). Sam's the only one conscious to confront the demon that t-boned them with the truck and then in the morning the three are whisked away via helicoptor to the nearest hospital
