1 - some Lycaenidae?

And white snake-like thing is an egg sack of a some sea whelk. Very small eggs are situated inside this capsules, in liquid. Look here, for example: http://cgoodrum.com/Jekyll/beach.html.

no, one can never have enough ospreys, nor of those other birds. suh a wealth of colours!
lantana is a declared 'noxious eed' over here, pretty though it is [and i quite like the smell, too]
your 'handbag' resembles mine, at times ;)

Your "moth" is probably a long-tailed skipper butterly Urbanus proteus. The long tail looks absent.
