Nothing definitive. But America thinks some of the other nations might do something, and I'm just trying to keep this from escalating any further.

Hibari thinks he and America are even now. If no one retaliates against him, this'll just end of it. America's agreed to drop it. I want to ask you to do the same.

That would probably be the best solution, but I'm not wholly satisfied with it personally.

I don't want to cause any more fighting, but I can't find it in my heart to let Hibari go scot free.
