that happened to me after i broke up with tobin. i had to call from the phone in the slis lounge, in front of charles, who i didn't really know then. i had to confess to the telephone company that i had a broken heart and i lost track of time and money and was having a hard time just feeding myself. the lady on the other end was very nice and understanding, and i'm pretty sure it was then and there that charles set his cap for me.

Oh, that is much worse that my situation. I hate making personal phone calls in public places.

Update - spoke to "Deanna" at the phone company today, and she re-connected my phone, no questions asked. Very grateful of Deanna's non-judgemental-ness.

She even phoned me back a few hours later because she forgot to set me up for e-billing, and to check that everything was reconnected! So nice.
