Vegemite Pursuit

Just spent three hours playing assorted versions of Trivial Pursuit with my friends: Harry Potter, Disney, and actual Trivial Pursuit. But don't worry, for it got more interesting than that.

For each answer you got wrong, you had to eat a teaspoon of vegemite (oooh, typing the word brings back the nausea). Unfortunately, I was asked questions such ( Read more... )

Oh geez, that is a cruel and unusual punishment! Those questions are impossible. The Suez Canal sounds vaguely familiar, but I don't have a clue about where it might be located.

My mates and I decided to play Trivial Pursuit a while back, but the version we found seemed to be about 20 years old. It was a fairly confusing game, I have to say.

I got the Red Sea, but not the other body of water (though on recollection it may have been the Mediterranean - who knows?) :p Yay, geography.

The Disney Trivial Pursuit was clearly the coolest. It had a DVD component and everything. Pretty awesome! I can't actually handle *real* TP. :)

Cruella de Ville lives in a large circus tent knitted of puppy skins (eeeeww). I'm convinced of it. Unfortunately, the real answer was "Hell Hall" or something. Grr. :p

Vegemite is like marmite's more awesome older sibling. It's very Australian. We don't have marmite down here. ;) But yeah, I reckon they're probably exactly the same brown spread. Mmmm. :D
