I have accepted an offer on my house and had an offer I have made on another one accepted. Things are moving at the speed of lawyers with completion projected to be in January at the latest.

just maybe this time won’t be such a drama laden 5 act tragedy.

Wishing you the very best of luck with it. My daughter and her husband moved into a new (to them) house in Hemel in August, having waited since February when they made their offer. I hope your solicitor is a lot more competent than the one their vendor had!
