Okay people remember that back in July I suffered a bout of temporary insanity and swam a mile in the Thames yes? Well channel 4 will be showing the tv program they made of the event on 30th Oct at 7am. I was kinda interviewed (while swimming!) by the film boat so I may just be on TV
