The ending is totally worth it though- beautiful :) Good job!

I tend to read stories that have Dean in control and Sam following. I tend to read bottom Sam, but this... this caught me from the get go and was far different from anything I've ever read and you know that is some good writing when you pull in someone who this almost goes against grain for them to read. It did have an important factor for me and that is it was believable and to me you followed character especially with the circumstances you provided in their childhood. I love watching people and picking up what makes them tick and you explore that so well with this story. On top of that the hunt was creepy and very interesting- add the amazing art and wow... you have a powerful story. :)

Thank you so much! And thank you for taking a chance with this! I love when you can find a story that pulls you away from your normal and I'm thrilled this could be that for you! I really wanted to make sure the boys stayed true to character while still incorporating this other side of them. I wanted to see that they were still brothers and that no matter what was thrown at them they could still be that to one another (even if it was harder sometimes than others). I'm glad this all played true for you! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!

And yes, letoist did amazing art for this! She was fantastic to work with and is just so very talented!

Wow, this was so beautiful... The pain, the longing, and the way they could only show their love by hurting each other, because they didn't think they deserved better... It was breathtaking. This has brought masochism to its peak. And I've always wondered what the boys would do if a hunt took them back to Stanford after all those years. Really, really good writing, I loved it!
