This was great! I've spent the day chewing through it and have loved every minute of it. I can't get over how much I love the idea of Sarah & John meeting up with John, Dean, & Sam and then all of them becoming family.

ROFL! One of my favorite things about this whole series was the relationship between Dean and Derek. We don't really ever see how close they were in the future, but I really wanted to show it through Derek's interactions, how he talked too easily to Dean about certain things. And that right there was one of my favorite lines :P Glad you enjoyed it too!

*hugs* The idea of John W. and Sarah C. as the worst parents in the world (or the best parents in a sci-fi setting - depends on how you look at it :P) really made me wonder how them being together would effect the boys! Glad the idea caught you too!

I stayed up past my bedtime to finish this. It was worth it. I love both shows.
I thought they blended extremely well together. I do have a confession though, while Sam/Dean is my OTP, I've never read John/Derek before. I'm really shocked that it works and tomorrow after I've had sleep I'm going back into your masterlist of fics because I know you have more.
I also can totally believe John/Sarah as a pairing the only scary thing is that they are both so similar they almost seem like the same person.
I would also love to read about that first meeting between Sarah and Ellen, that would be an epic showdown.
If you haven't figured it out from my late night rambling I loved this fic and I hope you right more about this blended world you created because both shows mesh so well together.

Thank you so much! I'm a totally crossover lover and if I can find a way to blend two things I will! I find that anything that might have an apocalypse can eventually be attributed to Skynet in some way (Or vice versa) and therefore is fair grounds for crossovers! LOL!

I am a true Derek/John lover (though Sam/Dean = OTP :P). I love the way Derek is a mentor for John and how he's the one that is really watching him as he tries to grow from boy to man without standing in the way of it. He's ready to follow John as soon as he starts to take on the mantle of John Connor and I love that about him. He's also the one that took him to meet his father for the first time and who worried about what was happening to him when everyone else was too busy trying to protect him :P

So glad you enjoyed this hon! And oh yes, if there are ever timestamps I think Ellen and Sarah HAVE to meet :P
