I love the idea of them being doctors- still fulfilling that role of helping people, yet without having to gank demons to do it :). Nice Cas/Dean and the Dean-Sam banter made me smile *g*.

Thank you so much! My biggest pet peeve with Dean/Cas stories is always the lack of Sam. I love the boys banter and it's so much fun to play with that and throw in the Dean/Cas chemistry as well :P Glad you liked!
