wow, scary webpage, but yes, interesting. i used to bleed like a mofo when i had periods. hmmm. and now i do take heavy doses of PPIs and zantac and so on. yikes. i'd better start hitting the spinach, like popeye!

well, i don't buy drinkable yogurts, but i like custardy and sieved types. just this morning, i bought some containers of Fage, which is like yogurt heaven.

Well, how scary a web page like that is depends on which direction you're coming from. As someone who already has a bunch of the symptoms on that page & the "Helpful Bacteria" page--and isn't getting effective treatment for them--I find it hopeful. Magnesium supplements have helped me a lot over the years, but maybe they'll work better if I add other things to the mix. And maybe I can't treat all my problems with more yogurt or a bottle of cheap supplements from GNC, but I can sure try!
