Run anti-virus, disk clean utility, defrag, uninstall any progs you don't use, run ad-aware (make sure you download the update before running).

If you do all this and it doesn't work, try changing your browser. Just don't use IE. IE sucks anyway. I use Mozilla Firefox and I never get any browsing problems. It's got built in pop up blocking that really works well.

That makes me think you have a virus. "it first pops up like its loading something, or deleting something. its really fast." is a key sign. Is the window that you see for a second a command prompt window?

you could have virus on your boot partition or master boot record (mbr). it's rare, but you never know... anyway, read this article, it may or may not help.

no i fixed the problem, it was a pain and i dont even remember how i fixed it. for anyone else TURN ON YOUR SYSTEM RESTORE OPTIONS! its an easy fix, dont load stupid ActiveX shit if you dont know what it is.

thats what caused it, i dont remmeber how i fixed it. thanks though pretty pretty
