I have learned that nobody will hire you if you tell them you have been to jail or what you really are. I find many of the 'drones' here do not approve of escaped convicts or showing them that I am made of plankton

People are jerks like that. You let it slip you spent time in the slammer and the next thing you know no one wants to talk to you!

Well I was here for a while without one but who knows. They just called me up and told me I'd apparently been a hairdresser my entire life and didn't notice.

Oh that's just fancy talk for hair cutter. I cut peoples hair here. Sometimes you dye it other colours too, so I guess that's kinda like dressing it.
