I'd hardly say it's entirely pleasurable for the one giving... well, then again, I suppose some people do enjoy that sort of thing.

One would assume you were asking mainly for the shock value, so why not provide the desired response? Unfortunately I'm not nearly excitable enough. I'm sure someone will come screaming through eventually.
