My week

Monday - helping a friend at 9am then work at 12 ( wasn't told till I checked rota it was a 1-6 shift noticed it changed yesterday)

Tuesday - 9-2 then meeting harlotqueen for some stargazing live at Eden!

Wednesday - WAS my day off but yes you guessed it yesterday I checked my Rota and she's put me down to work then 9-2 again she's not asked me if I'm free if

Is there a manager above Sylvia in the store that you can talk to about her? There must be someone to whom you can voice your concerns/complaints about her constantly putting you down to work on what's supposed to be your day off and how your shifts get changed at no notice.
